Mostafa Samir is the Design Director at Arabian Developers (ADEC), a certified PMP® (Project Management Professional), and a licensed Engineering Consultant for Off-Plan Sales Projects. With over 14 years of experience in architecture and project leadership, he has played a central role in designing and managing some of Saudi Arabia’s most prominent developments—ranging from government projects to high-end royal residential palaces.

Born and raised in the heart of old Riyadh, Mostafa’s early exposure to Saudi heritage and traditional architecture profoundly influenced his passion for design. This deep cultural understanding continues to inform his work, helping him tailor projects to the unique lifestyle and aesthetic preferences of Saudi clients.

Graduating among the top achievers from Cairo University, Mostafa’s architectural foundation was shaped by classical Islamic and Egyptian styles, which he seamlessly fuses with modern and sustainable design principles. His work consistently bridges tradition and innovation.

As Design Director and Projects Manager, Mostafa leads projects from concept to execution, blending design excellence with technical precision and commercial insight. He has served as Architect of Record (AOR) on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and project delivery at the highest standards.

In addition to his leadership role, Mostafa is a certified BIM Manager with hands-on expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and digital coordination tools. His proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) for the hospitality sector, RO water treatment systems, and pump control and water quality further enriches his multidisciplinary capabilities.

His international experience includes collaborative work with Arquitectura de Málaga on landscape design, contributing to his holistic design approach. Mostafa is also well-versed in urban planning, with a portfolio that includes integrated masterplans and city-scale developments that respect cultural identity while promoting sustainable living.

Known for his strong leadership, Mostafa regularly leads coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, and he’s recognized for his ability to manage complex projects and large teams with agility and precision.
