Mostafa Samir is the Design Director and Portfolio Manager at Arabian Developers Engineering Consultant (ADEC), a certified PMP®, BIM Manager, and licensed Engineering Consultant for Off-Plan Sales Projects. With over 15 years of experience in Saudi Arabia, he has delivered 400+ projects across a wide range of scales and typologies, including government, hospitality, mixed-use, high-end residential, and royal developments.

 

Born and raised in old Riyadh, Mostafa brings deep cultural understanding to his work, shaping architecture that is contextually responsive and aligned with Saudi lifestyle and heritage. A top graduate of Cairo University, his design approach fuses classical architectural principles with modern, sustainable solutions.

 

As Architect of Record (AOR) on numerous large-scale projects, Mostafa leads portfolios from concept to delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, design quality, and stakeholder alignment. His expertise spans BIM management, multidisciplinary coordination, and advanced technical systems, enabling the delivery of complex projects to the highest standards.
