Mostafa Samir is the Design Director at ADEC. With a strong design-led background and technical and commercial aptitudewas.He raised in the heart of Riyadh, where the rich Saudi heritage and traditional architecture shaped his early passion for design. Growing up in the old city, Mostafa developed a profound understanding of the unique blend of culture, lifestyle, and architectural needs of Saudi clients. This early exposure has been a cornerstone of his career, providing him with an unmatched insight into the intricacies of Saudi architecture.
Over the past 14 years, Mostafa has established himself as a leading figure in the architecture industry in Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as the Design Director and Projects Manager, guiding projects from concept to completion with a holistic approach. His roles span multiple fields, including architecture, consultancy, and supervision. Beginning as a young architect and eventually rising to lead a team, Mostafa has played a pivotal role in transforming large-scale government projects and luxurious royal palaces, particularly within the exclusive royal residential sector.
Graduating as one of the top achievers from Cairo University, Mostafa pursued architecture with a deep admiration for Islamic and traditional Egyptian styles, influenced by the timeless architecture of Cairoand allowed him to seamlessly blend modern design with traditional elements.
His professional journey extends beyond traditional architectural design. Mostafa has earned a wide range of certifications, He is certified as an Engineering Consultant for Off-Plan Sales Projects. He is also certified in BIM (Revit-Navisworks), water treatment (RO systems) water quality-pump control, and Building Management Systems (BMS) on the hospitality sector.His experience with Arquitectura de Málaga in landscape design has also added another layer to his skills. His technical expertise, coupled with strong leadership skills, enables him to oversee and manage complex projects efficiently.He frequently leads large-scale meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of a project are smoothly and successfully executed.
In addition to his architectural work, Mostafa has significant experience in urban design and planning, adding another dimension to his multidisciplinary expertise. His contributions in this field have helped shape larger urban developments that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal, while respecting cultural context and sustainability.
